Today we present you another fresh idea for hot summer days. Cocktails are the favourite drink in summer and why not try one with a fresh wine? The Aperol Spritz is a  really popular aperitif in Italy. Vihucas thinks its time to bring this drink to Spain as well! Try it, you will love it!

Aperol Spritz – The second summer cocktail of Vihucas

Ingredients:

  • 6 cl of white wine
  • a shot of mineral with gas
  • 3 cl of Aperol
  • 1 slice of orange
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

First put the orange and the ice cubes in the glas. Next you ad the wine and the mineral water. The last ingredient to ad ist the Aperol – this way the mixture will be perfect.

Did you know that…

The Aperol is an italian liqueur, invented by the brothers Babieri in 1919 in Padua. Its ingredients (for example rhubarb, cinchona, bitter orange and aromatic herbs) give him a fruity and bitter taste and an intense orange colour.
